Every MonoHaus artwork is printed to order, meaning your piece is created especially for you once your order has been placed. This ensures premium print quality while reducing waste through on-demand production.


Processing Times

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days.

This production time allows us to print, quality-check, and prepare your artwork for dispatch.

Please note:

• Processing times may increase during peak seasons
• Weekends and public holidays are not included
• Orders cannot be amended once production has begun


Shipping Time Estimates

Delivery timeframes vary depending on your location:

United Kingdom: 2–4 business days
Europe: 3–7 business days
United States: 5–10 business days
Rest of World: 7–14 business days

These are estimated delivery windows and may vary due to courier delays, customs processing, or peak periods.


Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order size.

From time to time, MonoHaus may offer free shipping promotions. These will be clearly stated on the website when active.


Tracking Information

All orders include tracked shipping where available.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking details so you can monitor delivery progress.


Customs, Duties & Import Fees

International customers are responsible for any customs charges, import taxes, or duties required by their country.

MonoHaus is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.


Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

MonoHaus cannot be held responsible for:

• Lost parcels due to incorrect addresses
• Delivery delays caused by address errors

If an order is returned due to incorrect details, reshipping fees may apply.


Damaged or Lost Parcels

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery).

Include:

• Your order number
• Photos (if damaged)
• Any relevant delivery information

We will investigate and arrange a replacement where appropriate.
