Refunds & Returns Policy
At MonoHaus, every piece of artwork is printed to order exclusively for you. As a result, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference.
We strongly encourage all customers to carefully review product descriptions, sizing details, and mockup imagery before placing an order to ensure complete satisfaction with their purchase.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will gladly arrange a replacement free of charge.
To process a replacement, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include the following:
• Your order number
• Clear photographs of the damaged or faulty item
• Photographs of the external packaging
Once your claim has been reviewed and approved, we will organise a replacement at no additional cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items
As all MonoHaus prints are made to order, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for:
• Change of mind
• Incorrect size selection
• Colour variations due to screen/display differences
• Ordering errors or customer input mistakes
